Can I return or refund my orders?

We don’t accept returns or refunds. Once the products have been ordered and paid for, they are considered sold.

1. Acceptable returns from customer are only as follows:
– damaged packaging upon delivery;
– inferior packaging (crumpled, discoloration, etc);
– Infestation; or
– Kibble conditions (discoloration, sticky, etc)

How do I process my returns?

You need to fill out the Customer Return Form

What happens when if I get the wrong order?

Kindly send an e-mail to your assigned Channel Development Specialist regarding your wrong order so it can be reprocessed from the distributor’s side.
