By participating in the survey and raffle (the “Raffle”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open to all residents of the Philippines who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must own a pet and complete the Pet Owner Survey (the “Survey”) in its entirety.

2. How to Enter

• To enter the Raffle, you must complete the Survey between October 10, 2025 and October 17, 2025. The Survey can be accessed at Pet Food Online Purchase Behavior Survey.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
• Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

3. Prize

• Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected to receive a prize of ₱200 worth of vouchers each.
• The vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The vouchers may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the issuing merchant(s).

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted within seven (7) business days after the Survey period ends.
• Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided in the Survey.
• To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) business days. Failure to respond within this period will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions

• Aboitiz Foods reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions.
• The decision of Aboitiz Foods regarding all aspects of the Raffle is final and binding.
• By entering the Raffle, you consent to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Aboitiz Foods is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other problems that may prevent a participant from entering the Raffle.
• Aboitiz Foods reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Raffle.
• By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Aboitiz Foods from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
